Horseshoe Cafe

This home cooking café is a true gem. The food is delicious, clearly made with care, and tastes like a home-cooked meal done right. The service is friendly and welcoming, and the prices are more than fair for the quality and portions. A place you’ll want to come back to again and again.

Stopped in on my way home in Cody from a visit in Thayne and Afton. Ordered the bacon mushroom Swiss burger with fries. Service was impeccable, restaurant was very clean, food was excellent. The fries were delicious, just like my own homemade ones. The burger came with mayonnaise on it, but it wasn't glooped on like some places do. I don't like mayonnaise but it didn't detract from the quality. Knowing this, next time I drop by, I will ask for no mayonnaise but it wasn't a big deal.

We ate lunch at the horseshoe Cafe. Stopped on our way home from the Tetons. The food was huge and tasty. My husband had the chicken fried steak sandwich and I had the chicken fried steak sandwich. Both were wonderful. Our friends had the double bacon cheeseburger. It was so large he had to take half of it home. Prices are really good and the breakfast looked good. But it only goes till 11:00 and we got there a little after 11:00 so we had lunch and it was wonderful. We would definitely go back

The place we wanted to go was closed and we found this place. It’s your all American breakfast place where employees know what they are doing👍 I had vegetable omelet and my husband had biscuits and gravy. My husband cannot eat meat because of his health so they switched sausage for hashed brown. Very nice. Space is not your luxury breakfast but food is good.

Super friendly staff. The plates are big, big meals. Del8cious breakfast. On the road from Alpine to Salt Lake City. I recommend this place for everyone. We were very satisfied.
