Crema's Take

Honeycomb feels like the neighborhood gem that locals have been quietly protecting, where the espresso-forward drinks are taken seriously and the house-made everything—from sausage to bagels—shows real care. The vibe is genuinely welcoming without trying too hard, with staff who actually seem happy to see you and a space that works equally well for a solo study session or a leisurely breakfast with friends. It's the kind of place where reasonable prices, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, and an unpretentious atmosphere somehow all come together at once.

Stumbled into this cozy coffee shop while in the area. Super friendly staff and reasonable prices. Ordered their popular breakfast sandwich on wheat with a few add-ons. It was the perfect amount of food if you want to tide yourself over with a small meal.

I came here on a study date and enjoy time with God. The Pop Lox and Drop It sandwich was really good! And their Latte was delicious. I spent about 3 hours there and I enjoyed my time. The server was kind and courteous. I will definitely be returning for some slow mornings.

Looking for breakfast before heading out and this place was close. Lucked out with on-street parking and was able to stop right in front. I'm disappointed they didn't have coconut milk. Three stars for service. Not many small shops do. Menu was simple and clear with additions but no substitutions! I ordered a egg and deli-meat (turkey) bagel. It was beyond my expectations how tasty it was..for a simple bagel sandwich! I also tried the sausage egg and cheese sandwich with similar results! This is another fine shop with good food. There was some seating, but it's essentially standing room only. 3 stars for atmosphere.

Some of the best coffee and sandwiches you can get in Boston! We regularly visit to enjoy freshly made bagels, tasty drinks, and the local Savin Hill community. They make their own "house-made" sausage, which is best enjoyed on a breakfast sandwich.
