Cafe Bureau
251 Grand St, Brooklyn, NY
Crema's Take
“This Brooklyn spot has a moody, aesthetic-forward vibe complete with a pool table that sets it apart from your typical coffee shop hustle. The espresso and iced coffee draw consistent praise from regulars who appreciate the competent baristas and refined retail experience, though consistency seems to be a challenge—some customers rave about personable service and quality drinks while others feel the vibe falls flat. If you're looking for a deliberate, slower-paced coffee experience with a bit of personality in the room, this could be your spot, just maybe skip the chai.”

Got the worst chai of my life from here. Would genuinely give this a half star if I could. Crazy part is I asked the barista to put extra concentrate too, 100% feel like she made 99% of the cup milk to spite me. Lost me as a neighborhood customer.
The café looks nice and has a cool aesthetic, plus a pool table which is a fun touch. But honestly, nothing really stood out about the coffee or menu. The barista wasn’t the friendliest either, so overall it’s more of a spot to hang out for the vibe rather than the drinks
Coffee shops are all about community for me. The Barista working here definitely isn't cultivating any a community I want to be a part of....vibes are off. The coffee itself is okay and the decor is a little snobby, but the mini gallery in the back is cool.
Whole staff is great! So is the coffee, I always get a heart on mine (I think Jake has a crush on me idk) I got a beanie and it’s my favorite I’ve ever had it fits perfectly and I have curly hair and maybe a big head The hoodie I got is great quality too
Excellent iced coffee and espresso paired with a notably refined retail experience. The baristas are very competent and super nice. Coffee shops in this area can feel frantic and uncomfortable, but this spot maintains a really comfortable atmosphere. This is a great addition to the neighborhood and i'm very happy these guys are here
