I didn't leave a rating for the food, since I didn't get any. They have the meanest, rudest people I've ever experienced working there. It was in the morning, so the Union was all but deserted. I ordered food and they immediately complained very loudly about having to make it.…

Waited for 45 minutes just to get a cold bagel that was sitting in the counter for 20 minutes. I asked if they had my order multiple times and was ignored both times.

Don't bother if there is a line. They prepare orders with zero sense of urgency. When they gave me my order after a 25 minute wait, it was stale and barely warm. Just go upstairs to CCs, and don't waste your money here.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but the workers at this place are pretty awful. the food has never disappointed me i mean i can’t complain i don’t expect much, but the service is ridiculous. the workers seem disinterested when you order from them and lack any customer service…

this place just sucks consistently expect to wait at least 30 minutes for your food, like any other place in the union during lunch, but these workers seem especially slow and inefficient. everytime i have ever ordered from here, i am always disappointed i got a bagel sandwich…
