A GEM in NoCo! Introduced to them a few weeks after starting work in Frederick by a serious coffee aficionado. They roast a variety of beans from all over the world and have been pleasantly surprised to have learned a bunch from the knowledgeable staff. ....bonus, they now offer fresh baked goods including sourdough bread and CARDAMOM buns which sell out early on Fridays! Check this place out ERC rocks!!
A fantastic local coffee shop I just discovered. They even have a door marked, "Pirate" from Always Sunny! Love it! Will be going back soon.

Erie Coffee Roasters is a true hidden gem tucked away in Frederick, CO. It’s a cozy, homey spot that feels like a local secret worth sharing. The coffee is fantastic, rich, smooth, and crafted with care — and their specialty drinks are absolutely delicious. Pair it with one of their fresh pastries or a hearty breakfast burrito, and you’ve got the perfect start to your day. The staff is friendly, genuine, and clearly love what they do, you feel welcome the second you walk in. Bonus points for the record player spinning vinyl in the corner, it gives the place such a warm, laid-back vibe. Easy to find just off Bella Rosa before Frontage heading west — definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area. Great coffee, great people, great atmosphere.
Definitely worth the stop! For coffee connoisseurs, our coffees today had excellent flavor! Importantly the coffee was not masked by heavy sugary syrups. Pure, quality coffee! The owner was excellent and friendly, would definitely come here again.
