Panther Coffee
5934 NW 2nd Ave, Miami, FL
Crema's Take
“Panther Coffee roasts with serious intention and their baristas—particularly Aurora and Israel—genuinely care about getting your cup right, whether that's a meticulously poured pour over or their signature almond latte that rivals NYC's best. The space itself is deceptively cool, with views into their roasting plant and a chill vibe that invites lingering conversations over excellent espresso, making it feel less like a transaction and more like stepping into a coffee community.”

Lovely place, and great roasts but I asked the barista for an espresso grind, they ground it so fine it doesn't run through my Flair or Bambino. So $25 of great coffee wasted unfortunately.
If you’ve ever been to Birch Coffee in NYC, this place is the closest you’ll get in Miami, especially their almond latte. They use a specific almond milk I’ve only ever experienced at Birch, and it makes all the difference. If you’re a true coffee maniac (in the best sense), this is the spot. They roast their beans in-house and even have a coffee lab inside the cafe. The team here is always friendly and welcoming. I was surprised to see a few negative comments about service, maybe just someone’s off day 🤷🏻♀️because every time I’ve been, the service has been excellent.
This place is dope! Coffee is excellent! But the people SHINE!! Aurora and Israel were so awesome! Hospitable, knowledgeable, and awesome to chat with! The coffee was FIRE 🔥! Pro tip… if you have a bit too much Miami Sun 😡, ask about the secret garden… aloe for the win! 😂
The organic coffee is my favorite. This location is cool because you can peek at their roasting plant. Plus it’s chill. Aurora made me a delicious pour over and she had me laughing with her stories as she made my coffee - we connected over her wealth of knowledge and passion for coffee.
Went to this place as it was the closest panther we had. The place looks just normal from the outside but to our surprise there was very cool and chill inside. The display was good and also the glasses through which you can see the lab and roastery. The coffee was on point, very creamy i had a latte, then i had cortado (only thing they sell it under another form like coffee with milk and you decide the size).
