Crema's Take
“Summer House roasts its own beans in-house and bakes fresh pastries daily, which means you'll want to arrive early before the best items sell out—it's become the go-to spot in Hyannis for people who care about coffee quality. The space is genuinely beautiful and service is friendly, though a few reviewers mention it can feel a bit cramped and pricey for what you're getting. If you're willing to time your visit right, this is a solid neighborhood cafe worth checking out; just don't expect it to revolutionize your coffee experience.”
What to expect
Espresso-focused, with a pour-over program. A slow-sit spot, quick-grab. Pastries on the menu.

See all on Google →Went there to get their desserts and it was delicious, not to sweet and survived a day before we tried it. Make sure to come as early as you can otherwise everything might be sold out. Price per one was about 7$. Didn’t try the coffee
This place is such a gem! My friends and I went twice over our weekend in Hyannis. The food is fantastic and the coffees are somehow better!
I had an excellent time at the cafe! They were all very friendly and even helped with recommendations when I asked. The coffee was impeccable and they even roast it in house and you can see it in action! They are very interactive and involved with everyone who comes in! 1000%…
I went there and I love it there! The place is beautiful and has an amazing atmosphere, there are very clean, the service was great! I got a croissant and it was amazing, and I got the creme brulee latte and it was perfect. It’s my new favorite place!!
Stopped into Summer House Cafe for a quick vanilla latte and it was absolutely delicious! Such a great addition to the area.
New coffee shop in Hyannis. They were on soft opening when I went there but the quality was amazing. They also roast their own coffee, bake their croissants and desserts. Def be back.
