Crema's Take
“Finjan Coffee masterfully balances traditional Middle Eastern flavors with specialty espresso craft, earning consistent praise for perfectly balanced lattes that let quality shine without excess sweetness. Beyond the coffee, their thoughtfully prepared pastries—like pistachio walnut baklava and labne toast—and carefully executed Turkish coffee create a destination worth seeking out, all wrapped in a clean, welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back to both their locations.”

Pistachio>walnut baklava. However, everything was wonderful the second location soft opening. Labne toast was refreshing and tasty. I tried the turkish coffee which was just okay imo. The real stars were the butternut latte and the matcha. Im not a huge matcha lover and slurped down the whole drink.
Best coffee! I love this place. The lattes are perfectly balance and never super sweet. My biggest pet peeve are coffee drinks loaded with sugar. Same with the Baklava and gava bean toast....perfection
I was in the area and searched for a coffee spot nearby. I came across this place and decided to try it, as they recently opened. I love unique coffee, and this absolutely hit the spot. This is a middle eastern inspired coffee shop - so cool! I ordered a baklava latte, which was delightful without being overly sweet. I also tried the walnut baklava, and it was just as delicious, again not too sweet. The decor and ambiance were beautiful and classy, with a very photo-op-worthy vibe. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying more of their drinks.
I was very happy to learn that Finjan Coffee had opened up a second location. Why do you ask? Well, they not only make terrific espresso based beverages and teas, but some great bites as well. I recently enjoyed a great cortado and what they call their monkey toast with peanut butter, bananas, berries, and honey. The toast was great and was relatively inexpensive at $8.50. The sourdough toast was well toasted and had good flavor. The peanut butter had that warm texture so it was silky and soft. The berries were fresh and the banana at that perfect ripeness, not too hard and not too soft. It was a tasty toast. The cortado had a delicious nutty quality to it. It was very smooth and offered a bold coffee flavor. I loved the signature Finjan porcelain container the cortado came served in. The crew that worked early Sunday morning were quite hip and upbeat. They were super friendly and helpful as well. It's nice to start the day with nice cup of coffee, but even better to start with a friendly good morning.
Stopped by Finjan Coffee after eating at Tahini and loved it. The hot vanilla bean latte was delicious and comforting. The shop was very nice, clean, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly. It’s connected to Tahini, which made it super convenient to grab coffee right after eating. Definitely a great spot if you enjoy good coffee and a relaxed atmosphere.
