I’m sharing my experience so other customers can protect themselves. I was charged an unauthorized tip at this location, even though I did not select one. When I noticed it on the receipt, I went back and the employee refunded the money out of the register, not through the POS system. That alone showed the transaction wasn’t handled properly. I later called the store to report the issue. The man who answered told me there were two managers, including a general manager. He clearly knew who was in charge — what surprised him was how I had obtained the store’s phone number. Once I explained what happened, he admitted the receipt should have been canceled and said he would pass the message along. He also mentioned he had never received a call like this before. (They, like some other places ask you if you want a receipt, something we should not be asked, unless they offer an electronic one) When the manager named Roudy called me back, his explanations were inconsistent. First he said the POS system automatically takes 10% if the customer “does nothing,” then he said the machine “randomly highlights” a tip amount, unless we press,”no tip.” Neither explanation made sense, and he talked over me instead of addressing the issue directly. He also questioned why I was calling if I had already received my money back, even though my concern was about consumer protection, not the refund. I’m leaving this review because customers deserve transparency. If you visit this location, check your receipt carefully, especially the tip line. Unauthorized charges should not be happening, and customers shouldn’t be given confusing or contradictory explanations when they ask about it. The proper way should have been cancelling the receipt and issue one without the tip. In regard to the drink, I got a mocha drink that was excessively sweet.

Sweet and friendly staff! We got the iced coffee with sweet cold foam and it didn’t disappoint. We also sampled the mango drink and a mocha coffee. All drinks are good and not too sweet. They don’t have just coffee, just in case you want something fruity!

You have to GO NOW!!! The strawberry watermelon refresher is the BEST! Great customer service, free samples and overall good quality ingredients! I’ll be back again and again!! Thank you!!

Customer service was awesome. I sampled several teas. They all were good. The Strawberry Matcha was good. The tea was so refreshing....

Great stop in the Mesquite mall. Just had an awesome hot latte, with no sugar! I heard a lady in front of me say it was better than McDonald's....hmmmm. well, a place like this should absolutely be better than McDonald's!!! And not even compared. 🤨 oh, and love their awesome lids! I will try their brewed coffee and maybe a flavored latte next visit, very soon.🙂
