“Dotty's is as much a casual hangout spot with slot machines as it is a coffee shop, which means you're signing up for a divey, unpredictable vibe where service quality swings wildly depending on who's working. The food is decent (the cheeseburger gets a thumbs up) and some staff members genuinely shine, but you'll also encounter indifferent or outright rude employees and a management that won't honor advertised coupons. Skip it unless you're local and willing to take your chances on the luck of the draw.”

Chelsea took my takeout order and was super nice and efficient in helping me decide on what to have for lunch since it was my first time. The cheeseburger was pretty good but her service was outstanding! I’ll try something else next time I come through here with a load.
