Crema's Take

Paris banh mi Augusta beautifully bridges Vietnamese and French culinary traditions in a serene, elegantly decorated space that feels more like a quiet retreat than a casual lunch spot. Beyond their standout banh mi and fresh Asian fusion dishes, they've carved out a niche for specialty drinks—their boba teas and matcha selections draw people in just as much as the food, making it an ideal spot for lingering conversations over something special. The warm, welcoming energy and attention to both atmosphere and flavor make this a genuinely memorable destination in Augusta's dining scene.

This was my first time coming in here. I came with my granddaughter The place is beautiful. The food on the other hand was really bad. They only had one chicken wing style you could order 2 I ordered one for me and one for my granddaughter. My granddaughter also picked the spring rolls yet I picked the noodles and steak. I gave $10 tip young man was very nice. I dropped my granddaughter off at home then I went home in Hephzibah. Started on the wings. Damn, Damn, Damn!!! Was so hot. I cannot eat spicy I have serious acid reflux I take pills everyday for. So I could not eat the wings at all. The noodles and steak was so bad. The steak strips were so tough each one I had to spit out. It was horrible. I was up half the night with heartburn. Took extra pill (Esomerprazole). If it hand not subsided I was going to the emergency room. I called my granddaughters mother to let her know because my granddaughter not to eat the chicken because she had just came from the Drs office for low immune and pancreatic problems. That was way too hot for her as well. For this place to be beautiful it is not good at all. They need to let people know those wings are not just spicy but extra spicy. My granddaughter could have ended up back in the hospital. $63 down the drain these pics I was going to take back I tried to eat the noodles could not eat the wings at all.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible! I stopped in for lunch for the first time and was very impressed. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing with soft jazz playing — clean, bright, and decorated with a classy touch. There are plenty of menu options to choose from. I tried the seafood ramen and it was fantastic — rich, robust flavor with surprising depth. The marinated egg hidden inside was a perfect touch. Absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely be back. Plan to spend around $20+ per person, though there are sandwiches available around $9 if you want something lighter. A great find and highly recommended! --- Want a shorter or snappier version too?

The food was so good and there were so many options to try! We had the char sui rolls, shredded chicken bah mi, and a cheese and hot dog stick. We also got a taro and Paris boba. We will definitely be back to try the pastries and other desserts!!!

We ordered the grilled pork Bahn mi, grilled pork croissant, pork spring rolls and french fries. The food was all very tasty. The roll on the bahn MI was not as soft as others I've tried but it was good. The fries were fried perfectly but the restaurant doesn't have salt and pepper at the table. Actually no pepper in the restaurant. I'll have to come back to try a dessert or two. They are beautiful but I am full.... Ok I went back to try the egg tart and tiramisu. Both super delicious. I'll be back.
