The sign caught my eye…Best Cinnamon Rolls in NWA. That is a bold claim so we had to give it a try. It did not disappoint. We also tried a bacon, egg and cheese croissant which was yummy too. The atmosphere was unique and the staff friendly. And Saturday around 9:30 am is busy but not a long wait.

Another great experience. Love the cinnamon rolls. Love this bakery and cafe. Nice sitting area and the owner of 11 years was very nice and accommodating. We got cupcakes and chocolate cake to go but will be back to have lunch. Short hours but worth planning around a trip to Fayetteville.

🌹 Briar Rose Bakery – A Sweet Stop Worth the Wait! Today we were in town for an event and finally made it to Briar Rose Bakery—a place we've heard rave reviews about for years. And wow, it absolutely lived up to the hype! We tried the tuna croissant sandwich, which was perfectly flaky and flavorful, and the cupcakes to go… just amazing. Moist, rich, and beautifully decorated—they truly made our day. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were warm and friendly. If you're anywhere near Farmington, do yourself a favor and stop by. Briar Rose is a gem that delivers both charm and deliciousness in every bite!

We ordered family packs of biscuits and gravy from Briar Rose Bakery & Deli in Farmington, AR for our tailgate. They were a huge hit! The biscuits were perfectly fluffy, and the gravy was rich and flavorful, just like a true southern breakfast should be. Everything we ordered was incredible. The ham and cheese croissants, sausage kolaches, mini muffins, baklava, and those melt-in-your-mouth cinnamon rolls. Every bite tasted fresh, homemade, and crafted with care. Again, the cinnamon rolls are a must! Everything we had was fantastic. The quality and flavor were top-notch across the board. You can tell Briar Rose takes pride in everything they make. Highly recommend them for family gatherings, tailgates, or any event where you want to impress with amazing breakfast food!

Briar Rose Bakery is a charming and beautiful bakery! Their famous Cinammon Rolls live up to their reputation, delicious! We were fortunate to come in the Fall and they had Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls! The ambiance is my favorite of any bakery ever and there is lots of seating. There is a lovely outdoor patio too! A must do in Northwest Arkansas!
