U Brew is awesome! From the moment I walked in, I was really impressed by the professional, inviting atmosphere—it’s the perfect lounge to settle in and get some work done, or to simply hangout with your friends. The service is top-tier. Andrew (the owner) and Zero were incredibly welcoming and helpful. What sets this place apart is the "brew-your-own" concept. Andrew travels the region to source the best roasters, and his expertise shows. I was introduced to two new brew methods and even picked up a few tricks! A must-visit for coffee-enthusiasts! Beyond the caffeine, they have a great selection of local pottery, jewelry, and stickers. I’ll definitely be back!

Fabulous place to visit with a friend or by yourself. The owner was helpful, attentive and knowledgeable! It was busy when we arrived but that didn’t matter. We had the best time learning all about coffee. Put it on your list!

He walked us through the pour-over process step by step and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, even for a beginner. U Brew has an impressive selection of high-quality coffees to choose from, along with excellent equipment and brewing options. You can tell Andrew really knows his craft and genuinely enjoys helping people learn and find what they like. The shop itself has a great vibe. Comfortable couches, plenty of tables, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. Overall, this was a fantastic first visit, and we’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend checking it out if you enjoy great coffee and an inviting, welcoming experience.

Wow! U Brew Coffee Co. feels like a coffee speakeasy where you become the barista. They are polite and exceedingly knowledgeable as they walk you through every step, of the experience that leaves you educated without ever feeling overwhelmed. The space, which feels comfortably like a speakeasy, is absolutely gorgeous. Simultaneously, cozy, modern, and just classy enough to make you think, “Yeah, I could definitely write my novel here.” Whether you’re a coffee nerd or just getting into the experience, even if you come for the vibe, this place hits every note. Do not forget to ask about The Belgian Sweets Company selections. Everything they offered sounded amazing. I went for the almond croissant that absolutely is a top-tier pastry over almost anything I’ve had in Knoxville!
