Venue 2106

2106 W Main St, Tampa, FL

Crema's Take

Venue 2106 is a grown-folks paradise that doubles down on elevated vibes with live jazz and DJ sets, creating an atmosphere that reviewers consistently describe as exactly what Tampa's been missing. The kitchen delivers serious food (fish and shrimp grits, creative wings) while the bar team crafts killer espresso martinis, making it the rare spot where the experience feels as carefully curated as the menu. It's the kind of place where you come for the specialty drinks and late-night energy, but stay because the whole operation—from the aesthetics to the attentive staff—actually delivers on its promise.

I attended an event with my sorority sisters and we had an amazing time. The staff was friendly and very attentive, the food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was fun. There was a DJ and he help keep the party moving. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

This seems to be a great vibe. Love the aesthetics. I ordered plain wings but they came out lemon pepper. Not whole wings and they were salty. But alas the vibe... Live music, pretty women, and wonderful bartenders. Staff was great! I highly recommend this spot for the 8-11 crowd for some lovely R&B covers from some great musicians. Oh yeah, there is a dress code.

The fish shrimp and grits were on point! Bartender Makayla was awesome best espresso martinis! Will be back. -Came back for 2nd time, still great vibes. Food is amazing. They have good cooks. Drinks are made to perfection. They have my business. Make sure you stop by when you’re in the area.

The only thing I can say about this place is the music vibe is everything for old schoolers. Other than that it made no sense for me to wait almost an hour for our food when it wasn't enough people in this whole building. I could just throw a rock and hit every last one of them. It was just that empty so it made no sense why I took almost an hour for chicken wings and seafood dip to come out. chicken wings & fries for $18, this was not worth the wait. I could have went to AvenueBlu to enjoy good music, food & drinks that don't taste watered down.

Screaming VIBE! Exactly what Tampa has asked for, for years! Grown folks paradise with live jazz bands and later a DJ Food is absolutely phenomenal, top notch 10/10, staff is on point and outside cigar area as well. My favorites was the lobster roll, Crab balls and the “sweet as honey” dip and pita Highly recommended for one hell of a grown folks night out!
