Crema's Take

This moody, vintage living-room of a coffee shop opens late and doubles as a surprisingly welcoming creative hub where the espresso and pour-overs are genuinely excellent and the staff actually cares about getting your drink right. The vibe is intimate without being pretentious—think DJ nights, laptop-friendly tables, and a no-nonsense approach to coffee that prioritizes quality beans over fancy flourishes. Whether you're catching a university class on Zoom, having a meeting, or just sitting with a really good cup of drip coffee, there's a rare magic here that keeps people coming back.

I dig the vibes- moody with that vintage living-room, private party feel, only we’re all invited. Stopped by early on a Thursday night on my drive home to check it out just in time for the dj to start… those speakers have definitely hosted some dirty dance parties, legit. Can’t believe it’s taken me so long to cruise through. Also Jazz night on Wednesdays and bring your own vinyl Mondays? Pretty cool spot, service is sweet and friendly. I hope it gets all the love it deserves. Only thing- parking seems slim pickins, I think it’s mostly street. Oh and they have hotdogs? Hot Dog!

The staff lady was super friendly and helpful. She turned the music down a bit so we could zoom into a university online class. Comfortable Inside or outside seating. See pic. The big strike against them is that they are a “coffee” company but do not have a proper Italian coffee machine, so all they can make is drip coffee. Therefore we had tea. There are a number of fresh made tea selections, and canned cold teas too. See pics. The teas are well made, only issue we had was they were not correctly hot. Also, coffee shop should have fast free WiFi which they did not.

Wonderful place to get a cup of coffee! Place to just chill and relax and get work done on the laptop. Wanted to try something different than my usual cup of coffee and shot of espresso. Really cold and 40 degrees outside.. Tried the funky and weird but good tasting Hemp and honey. Very friendly and nice barista that apologized for the wait and the construction going on nearby. Hey, it's not her fault! If I lived in Reno, I would make this place a regular stop!

Popped in today for the first time and I'm so glad I did! This is a cute coffee shop with some bomb coffee! I tried the Iced Hemp and Honey which was made with Colombian cold brew, hemp milk, and honey and I loved it! It was a great recommendation. While I sipped on my coffee I was able to get some work done. I'm not sure if they have WIFI because I just use my hotspot. So glad I found this place!

New coffee experience! We are from Boise but we're visiting and walked by. This is not a place that does fou-fou drinks! You have to like coffee - but it's one of the best "drip" coffees I've had! Outdoor seating in the alley is so cute and a great spot to chill and sip.
