Crema's Take

This West Orange gem is a vibrant, pink-hued sanctuary that feels equally welcoming whether you're settling in with your laptop for an afternoon or gathering with family over hot chocolate and caramel lattes. The colorful, thoughtfully decorated space strikes that rare balance between inspiring creative work and fostering genuine human connection, all while serving solid specialty drinks and light fare. Black and female-owned, Inner City Cafe has cultivated the kind of warm, unhurried atmosphere that keeps people coming back—not just for the coffee, but for the comfort they find there.

I didn't eat any food when I visited for the pumpkin painting. It was a great. The atmosphere is amazing. I felt comfort and inspired by being there. I definitely will return for lunch and to use the wifi to work. It is also a good event space for showers, brunch birthdays.

This place is very cute and has great cozy vibes. It’s a great cafe for a relaxing brunch or a nice work space for the afternoon. I had the chai tea, and chicken and waffles. The waffles were just a bit heavy but chicken was so flavorful and delicious! You can tell the owner really puts her all into this space, and it was a pleasant stop for me before heading back to the airport. If you’re in the area, I would definitely recommend!

This cafe is a gorgeous little getaway in the heart of Orange. Perfect for meeting up with friends, family or to get work done. It’s black and female owned. Food and service is amazing. Also has gluten friendly options.

This place is super cute from the moment you are walking up to it. It's a pink wonderland once you get inside with lots of seating. Great location to work remotely and there is street parking. Good customer service and great pricing if you ask me. I got an iced dirty chai with caramel syrup and it was made delicious. I will be returning to try other items when I am in the area. Also loved the detail of the heart straw.
