I am overwhelmed with the positive experience I had at Wild Goose. I was "running late" for my flight and rental car return, but priorities must be addressed. I assumed I would encounter good quality coffee here, and was able to arrive just before the Saturday shuttering at 1pm. I inquired about "good single origin beans", to find all the examples on the shelf fit. Abounding varietals of flavor profiles that I love from Ethiopia, Guatemala, Columbia, and more left me with a hard decision to make but it was a win-win-win choice. I also snagged a pour over to ensure I had enough fuel to make it to refuel my rental car before it's return and precision preparation coupled with beans of quality surpassed all expectations I had hoped for. Upon arriving back at home, I broke out the gram and mg scales, mineral packets, RO water, digital gooseneck kettle and begun my quest of recreating what I received at the Wild Goose Cafe counter. The coffee was so freshly roasted I knew I was in for a week of experience that would evolve. Quality beyond my words at a price point that will have me exploring shipment. Buy beans with confidence. All their specialty lattes sounded good.. Purple rain, carrot cake, Spanish.. The barista helped me narrow it down, and I picked purple rain..it was Delicious the Subtle notes of lavender and fresh ground espresso beans..sooo good!! Can’t wait to come back to try the others.

The coffee is super smooth and the service always professional and friendly. Best place for freshly roasted coffee since they roast in-house. Every drink and cup of coffee has been exceptionally good. A must try!

An amazing little family owned operation that strives on quality coffee beans and quality lattes! First time here and feeling welcomed is a great feeling. Come support them!!

This is a very small coffee house off of the beaten path. There are several outdoor tables for enjoying your coffee, as well as a few small tables inside. The barista knows what she’s doing and makes each complete order before taking the next. I ordered my typical Americano, but in watching her make a vanilla latte and a pumpkin butter latte I couldn’t help but wonder what I was missing! Everything looks clean and simple. They also have bagged coffee and Wild Goose merch for sale. No food, but they carry Parliament chocolate bars. 👏👏👏 (And I really enjoyed the flavor of the Americano!)
