“The French omelet and mushroom tartine are legitimately excellent—the kind of brunch dishes that justify a special trip—and the open, airy dining room makes it feel celebratory rather than rushed. Service can be inconsistent (expect longer waits during peak hours), but when the kitchen and front-of-house are clicking, this is some of the best breakfast cooking in Spokane. The coffee is solid too, which doesn't hurt.”
