Crema's Take

This chic Burlington spot transforms a former health food store into an inviting, plant-filled refuge that feels both open and intimate—the kind of place where you linger over a meticulously crafted sandwich like the Turkey Pesto BLT with heirloom tomatoes on Red Hen sourdough or the robustly flavored Paulie Italian. Beyond exceptional counter-service sandwiches and innovative pastries like miso carrot muffins, Leo & Company excels at specialty smoothies and thoughtfully executed gluten-free options, making it equally beloved whether you're meeting a friend or settling in solo with good coffee and design-forward ambience.

Chic lunch spot with good sandwiches and great smoothies. Cool merch and decor! Counter service only. Nice to have a place like this in the area! A little bit $ for those trying to grab a cheap lunch.

We loved visiting Leo &Co The ambience was perfect, and they offered delicious gluten free options without sacrificing flavor. I would absolutely stop back in for another ham and cheese sandwich and Strawberry Matcha Latte

Turkey Pesto BLT. Amazing. Heirloom tomatoes, pesto-y mayo, red hen sourdough. The baked items are innovative too — I got a miso carrot muffin. 10/10

This space has been converted from a cozy, packed-in health food store, into an open, yet still cozy, welcoming space. The layout of the design, dotted with plants, excites customers to relax and enjoy their food while simultaneously providing an ample amount of intimate space, inviting deep conversations and thought. The staff are solidly kind and hospitable, showing patience with new customers sometimes slamming them with questions about the menu. Leo & Company offer gluten free bread, as well as vegetarian and vegan options, making it the perfect place for folks with different food preferences to meet up. The bathrooms are tidy and accessible. Parking aplenty.

I was able to swing by for lunch and grabbed a couple sandwiches and a bevie. The Paulie Italian was absolutely incredible. Best Italian I’ve had in a super long time - robust flavors for days. The Cuban was also very solid. Can’t wait to try out the rest of the menu! The vibe is also super chill and cozy.
