Crema's Take

This Little Rock spot specializes in creative protein shakes and tea combinations that go well beyond your standard coffee shop fare, with standout options like their Malibu tea and strawberry icing shake that keep customers coming back. The young, friendly staff genuinely wants to help you navigate their expansive menu, though consistency in drink preparation seems to be a work in progress. It's a casual, family-friendly grab-and-go spot that leans more toward wellness-focused beverages than traditional espresso drinks.

Please teach your employees how to make the drinks properly. Very sweet young ladies but they didn't have a clue how to make a blended caramel macchiato. I ended up just throwing it away because I didn't have time to go back.

The Nutrition Hub is my favorite spot to grab a protein shake on the way to work! There are tons of different tea and shake combinations and the awesome staff is happy to make suggestions if you don’t know what to get. Everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I highly recommend!

The employees were aight however I didnt like the way they put their hands on the counter and they had their hair in messy buns rather than braided. But I will come back because the smoothies were Gucci ✊🏼✊🏼

I just tried them for the first time this morning. The workers are sweet, upbeat and willing to help you find out what to choose cause their are tons of an options. Now yes, their drinks are for everybody but its worth a try. The aloe shot, the raspberry tea, and I tried a bahama freeze which wasnt my cup of tea at all. But other have recommended blueberry something, wedding cake and chocolate chip something .... but it is expensive and better off buying a bulk rather than just a few times a week.
