Prim's Cafe

I really wanted to like this place but the latte I got didn’t taste good and I had to dump it out. There were grinds at the bottom of my drink and the flavor was all off. Their cinnamon rolls are great and deserve the hype it gets but the coffee is pretty bad and very disappointing for a new coffee shop.

If you haven't been to Prim's Cafe yet, you are missing out!!! It is a beautiful space with great service and a wonderful menu (i had a strawberry matcha latte that was perfection 👌🏾) - I will be back!!

Great new spot right by Shaw/Howard metro! I tried the oat milk vanilla latte at Ashley’s recommendation and it was great. Espresso blended perfectly with the milk and vanilla! Ashley was so sweet and inviting. I see great potential in this spot!

Tried out this cute new shop and really enjoyed my experience! Service was great and the espresso was some of the best I’ve had. the ambiance was very relaxing also. Could absolutely see this as a WFH spot. Highly recommend!

I contacted Prim’s Café last minute for a catering order, and they completely exceeded my expectations. The coffee was amazing, the pastries were incredibly fresh, and everything was packed beautifully with so much care—presentation-ready, organized, and professional. The service was seamless and stress-free from start to finish. The owner Ashley is amazing! You can tell that she truly cares about her customers!! Even though I did an order for catering, I can’t wait to visit again, as the cafe has such a warm and welcoming vibe! If you need great coffee, fresh pastries, and reliable last-minute service, Prim’s Café is the place. Highly recommend!
