Easy smooth simple check in. No public restrooms, easy to find. Got door immediately. Was loaded in less than an hour. Fork lift driver comes out with paper work, even closes your doors. Don’t even have to get back out. Friendly staff
Ive had a few people suggest i try copper moon coffee so i went ahead and got like 4 pounds worth of whole beans as preground just aint my thing.. ive heard stories about copper moons dark roast beans being small well thats not a coppermoon issue thats what happens during the roasting process and the loss of mosture of the been during the process.. the lighter the roast bigger the bean darker the roast smaller the bean its pretty simple its about mosture content of the bean so im not concerned about those negitive reviews i do like how quick they responded to my email and gave a straight forward responce. Shipping was fast customer service was great havent recived my order yet but i did try star gazer from a friend and it was quite nice smooth with good flavor. Everyone has a grind setting they like so it will be a diffrent exsperence when i grind and run though a pour over system but it looks pretty stellar so far great job.. compared to many other brands coppermoon prices are not that bad really for the amount ya get.. lets be serious coffee will always be exspensive no matter were it comes from its just the way it is copper moon no diffrent then the hundreds of other companies in the coffee buisness roam around theres great coffee everywhere.. if copper aint your thing no harm no foul but there no reason to bash them because your taste for coffee is not what they provide i can see it for stale coffee that wasnt resolved or bad product and no resolution sure the world needs to know that. but we dont need to know you regret buying it because it wasnt what you hoped for or exspected there in buisness to sell decent all around coffee just like the many other coffee places in the world.. so far copper moon has been a great exsperence ive yet to find a bean i couldnt make a good cup of coffee with trial and error.
Great customer service! I bought coffee from them and out of my own clumsiness, I accidentally ordered ground when I meant to order whole bean. Contacted customer service to see if they take returns, and they do not but did give me a coupon for my next purchase for the inconvenience, despite it being my own fault.
There seems to be an issue with their roasting process. I purchased 2lb bag of beans for all their Dark Roast coffees, Blast Off, Sumatra, Dark Sky, Total Eclipse, etc. we were hoping to find a favorite in their offerings but were very disappointed. First we found that all the bags had very small beans with mist of the beans broken causing the flavor of the coffee to be very inadequate in fact no flavor at all. We have used all the bags in hopes of finding a great coffee but no luck. All the coffee beans taste the same. We have a very good coffee maker that even has a blooming feature but less expensive coffee bean companies have beans that make wonderful coffee. We are going to pass in this on Copper Moon. Hopefully they will get a better roaster or purchase better beans. Small beans and broken beans a good cup of coffee do not make. We just ordered beans on line. No restaurant.
This is the worst coffee pods I ever purchased. About every 3rd pod delaminates at the top and shoots grounds all over my Kurig. I have to tear the maker down and rinse everything out, so I can have a cup of coffee...I have never had this issue with any other pods. I went to Ollie's to purchase coffee, and all they had was your brand, so I bought them. From now on I will just go somewhere else. The coffee taste is good, but having to clean up all the time is maddening. I was contacted by Copper Moon about my complaint. They replaced the box of coffee and sent the return postage to me, to send the old box back...Before I sent the box back I inspected all the pods myself...I found what looked like glue defects on several of the pods and marked them for CMC to inspect...I think it might have been a machine issue that got thru un-noticed...Stuff happens...What makes the difference is how a company handles the issue and their customers... I was pleased at the way CMC handled the issue and will purchase it in the future...I will definitely inspect the pods before I put them in my holder...
