Dr. Sullivan is very thorough and kind. She takes extra time to ensure all your pets needs are met. She explains things well and in a manner that makes sense. She stayed very late finishing an eye drop for my dog and even offered to drop it at my house. The Vet assistants were also all very helpful and thorough.

absolutely an incompetent vet. admits misdiagnosed my cat, but it doesn't even click in her head what she said 🤣😡genetic issues with dislocating knees called Luxating Patellas. not a mention from her of this. i already know before i go. she tries to push surgery for torn ACLs. both legs. no imaging, xray, nothing. she just keeps digging her grave. and i learn they're merging with another clinic and moving by restore. don't go there. these people are scamming.

The people here are wonderful. Kind, caring, compassionate. Dr. Sullivan takes a genuine interest in her patients. I've brought my animal companions to Eastside for over ten years. I trust Eastside and recommend them highly.

Eastside Pet Clinic is a great place to take your cat or dog (and maybe other animals; unsure what other animals they support). My family and I have been using them for years and I can’t say enough great things. I particularly appreciate the fact that they stay open during COVID, with a strict curbside-only policy that actually is way faster than being inside with your pet. Dr L. Sullivan and her crew are great, and if you need something that they can’t do they have an affiliated set of clinics you can go to if they’re out of a medication or something. Plus they have a cute snowman they just made out of styrofoam cooler boxes from their medical shipments in Fall 2021 to really help people remember it’s curbside only again due to another COVID surge. They were 5 stars in 2019, and they remain so in 2021.

Wonderful doctors, great staff, and excellent care for pets. We are so glad to have found Dr. Sullivan and crew at East Side Pet Clinic.
