Crema's Take

This bright, modern bakery in downtown Sarasota fills up fast for good reason—the espresso and matcha are genuinely excellent, the pastries and housemade desserts are divine, and the whole operation radiates genuine warmth with a refreshing faith-based ethos. The space practically buzzes with community, whether you're catching up with friends over a croissant sandwich or grabbing gift boxes for clients (the staff goes the extra mile on thoughtful recommendations). Fair warning: arrive early or settle in for a leisurely sit, because everyone else has discovered this gem too.

Such a cute and beautiful place. Deserts are absolutely Devine and everyone is so kind. It’s a little Christian based bakery and I absolutely love that. So hard to find anything like this now a days. Definitely recommend. Love their strudel and cakes are all so yummy.

Good food, reasonable prices, the service is a bit slow though. Hard to find vacant table, the place is very busy. The coffee and matcha tea were very good, cheesecake was excellent, croissant sandwich was decent. Will certainly be back when in the area.

Stopped by yesterday to pick up treats for business clients (and chai tea and croissant for me). The staff was incredible in assisting me with packaging the gifts and very thoughtful in their recommendations. They have a machine roasting fresh beans at the door which was a fun aspect. Parking is tricky and I was unable to find a street spot but I parked in the garage only a block away for a small fee. Excellent service and amazing food- highly recommend you give it a try!

Spacious, modern, bright, stylish place in the heart of Downtown Sarasota. We came at very busy time. So, getting food took some time, and it was coming one by one. So by the time we have received the last plate, the first was cold already. Its new place and busy time, I understand they are still figuring out the operation part. Food was great. Variety of pastries is amazing. The vibe of the place is relaxing, inviting. You can see owners poured their heart into it. Definitely coming back to try famous shakshuka and other dishes that looked delicious and just for cup of coffee when near by. Good luck to this place. Happy to see places like this open in Sarasota.

Enjoyable, fresh organic cafe and bakery. The Chicken Salad Crepe and Organic Vegan Sandwich were two delicious choices. The staff was courteous and friendly, which made the experience that much better. With good weather, outdoor seating was full, with available tables inside.
