Coffee zon. They ladies at the counter have bad customer service; I asked for a toasted blueberry bagel and they served me just room temperature bagel. This time is the 2nd time this has happened, so I went to tell them that they just barely warm the bagel and one was like do you want it more toasted? When people asked for toasted bagel, it mean toasted.

Refills are great. I have a problem getting a bagel in the mornings. I used to be able to get a Honey Oat 9 Grain every morning. Now I am lucky if they have any once a week. I have complained, but to no avail. Someone please tell the manager that people like to be able to get bagels all day long.
