Freestone Collective is an absolute gem in our community! Their Thursday pizza nights are not to be missed, seriously delicious. The sourdough bread is incredible (that crust and flavor!) and the pasties are the perfect comfort food. If you haven’t tried their Thursday pizza yet, do yourself a favor and go. You’ll become a regular like us!
We were excited to try out Freestone, but our first time will definitely be our last time. Here are the reasons why: the person in front of me ordered and paid online for something gluten-free, and when she got to the front of the line they were out, and she was obviously disappointed (saying this is necessary for her family), but the employee didn’t show much empathy or sympathy. Then, when we got to the front of the line, I ordered a cold brew and they were out and my son ordered a breakfast burrito and they were out. This was on a Monday morning at about 9:30 AM. We went there to try their food and coffee, but none of what we wanted was there, so we both ordered an overpriced breakfast sandwich. Both sandwiches were $11 and were worth a maximum of $7.95. Our money would have been better spent at Starbucks! The outdoor tables were dirty and again, the employee wasn’t accommodating and after she took our order, she literally just walked off and didn’t say anything. I then had to wait around and ask her if she would call us when the breakfast sandwiches were done. She said she would. Eight minutes later I walked back in and the breakfast sandwiches were sitting on the counter. She must’ve forgotten to call us. Anyway, you can see the menu and see that it’s very overpriced. Unfortunately this is another place that will likely last a year or less. Good luck!
Best blueberry muffin ever , fresh and delicious blueberry muffins, with crunchy topping. Never had a better muffin before and the friendly service with a big smile. Not forgetting the cortadito coffee very delicious you should try this dry place you won’t be disappointed it’s worth the visit. Thank you
I always feel nourished when I stop here for lunch or an afternoon treat. Its become my favorite stop in downtown Snoqualmie. Also love the open area upstairs! Makes coffee so much more enjoyable when my toddler can safest explore!!
Had a great Gluten Free breakfast sandwich! Bread was big and not the typical small size, store bought kind. Mocha was great as well! They had a lot of gluten and gluten free treats as well! Also had items for dogs like Paw Balm and Pizza treats! Will be going back for sure!!
