Summer Moon Coffee
625 S Main St, Fort Worth, TX
Crema's Take
“Summer Moon Coffee in downtown Fort Worth is an espresso-focused haven where baristas genuinely care about walking you through their thoughtful creations, like their signature moon milk, and the coffee itself is noticeably smooth and balanced compared to typical chains. The cozy, welcoming atmosphere makes it perfect for lingering over a cup or settling in for a meeting, and their pastries—particularly the cinnamon rolls—are just as worthy of attention as the carefully crafted drinks.”

Stopped in for a quick cup of coffee before an appointment downtown. Barista welcomed me in and answered all my questions, and told me all about their special moon milk. I spent a really pleasant half hour reading in a comfy spot while sipping a delicious chai latte. They did a very brisk business the whole time I was there. If you know, you know.
The coffee was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced not too sweet, not too bitter. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming.
Still the best coffee in town ☕️ and I’m not even a coffee enthusiast. I can definitely tell the difference in taste from more plain coffee shops or the crystals and theirs. My favs are their original and seasonal half moon 🌗 lattes with the moon milk cream 🥛 They do not have full meals but do have a nice menu of savory snack options if you’re craving more than a drink. Shop is medium in size with a small upstairs loft. Can fill up quickly at peak hours. Parking usually available. Bathroom access requires code.
Summer Moon has always been my go-to coffee spot in Austin, so seeing one open in downtown Fort Worth genuinely made my week. The vibe here is everything I love the warm, welcoming, and perfectly paced whether you’re grabbing something quick or settling in for a minute. Their large latte with coconut milk and honey is hands-down one of the best drinks you can order anywhere. Smooth, perfectly balanced, never too sweet, and consistently made with care. It’s the kind of drink that hits the same every time, comforting, rich, and somehow still light. The staff is friendly, the space feels like home, and the quality matches the Austin locations I’ve loved for years. If you’re in Fort Worth and you haven’t tried this spot yet, make it your next stop. Absolute favorite.
The cinnamon rolls are delicious. I also had a frozen hot chocolate it was very good as well. Its basically a chocolate milk with ice. The atmosphere is great but it can get pretty loud. For a Thursday morning it was packed.
