Crema's Take

This San Francisco spot seamlessly blends specialty coffee culture with authentic Chinese street food, making it equally perfect for a quick espresso or a leisurely meal with friends. The kitchen shines with house-made specialties like crispy golden noodles and their signature garlic chicken, while the staff's genuine warmth and attentiveness—whether moving you away from a drafty door or delivering piping-hot dishes within minutes—creates the kind of welcoming neighborhood energy that keeps people coming back. It's the rare place where you can grab a perfectly pulled shot in the morning and return for dim sum dumplings and matcha tea in the afternoon.

I grab take out and enjoy the Shanghai soup dumplings, onion crepe pancakes, crispy golden noodles -Hong Kong style (veggie) and the supreme wonton noodle soup..so good!. Attentive service and the location is tops intersecting North beach and Chinatown. An easy walk to FiDi, the Embarcadeo and Union Square.

The garlic chicken was amazing! Staff was friendly and made us feel very welcome. My wife was cold because the wind was blowing whenever the front door opened, so they moved us to a better table once one became available without us having to ask. It's family style and we ordered way too much food, but we both enjoyed our meal and would definitely go back next time we're in the area.

Perfect place for a date😍 We ordered crispy golden noodles, Simon’s garlic chicken and fried tofu - dishes are huge, one main dish and some side are more than enough for two to share. Definitely will come back for Simon’s chicken🤤🤤🤤 Cider was also good. If you like different flavors - must try

Really delicious Chinese food. No wait for a late lunch on a beautiful sunny November day in the City. Their chili garlic?sauce is excellent and made in house. We had the house special Simon's chicken, String beans, Mongolian Beef and Chicken Fried Rice. I had the iced HK coffee milk tea- very nice and not sweet (as I like it) and has 2 shots of espresso as the coffee in it.
