Every time I come in here everyone is so nice and personable! They work with you to get the drinks you want if you have dietary restrictions. No judgement zone as you work toward whatever goals you might have. The wellness coaches are there to support you in whatever fashion works best for you. They really make you feel like family!

I love fit lab, it is a perfect environment to start a healthy change to your life especially if you have no idea how to do it or where to start. The products are great, a little spendy but I have tried so many different products and fit lab has the best in my experience. The coaching is completely free and Kaitlyn is the best! I never felt forced to buy the product or judged if I had slip ups on my diet they are there to support you and cheer you on the whole way. They help you figure out the best diet for you and the best products. I love the environment and the high energy they bring when you walk in and the shakes are AMAZING I cannot say that enough.
