Saint Frank Coffee

Finally! The coffee gods have answered our prayers on Irving & 9th. ☕️ St. Frank moving into the neighborhood means we can officially retire the green aprons (you know the ones). No more mystery roast that tastes like it was brewed sometime during the Obama administration. Beautiful space, ridiculously good coffee, and baristas who actually look excited about coffee instead of asking if you want pumpkin foam on a milkshake disguised as espresso. Inner Sunset just leveled up. If you need me, I’ll be here pretending I can taste “notes of stone fruit and cocoa” while ordering my third cup. Welcome to the neighborhood, St. Frank — you’re already ruining my ability to drink mediocre coffee anywhere

Saint Frank was buzzing when I went at 10:30am on a Saturday, with many people eager to try the acclaimed cafe’s new spot. I enjoyed the best pour over I’ve ever had. I spoke with two staff members - one roasted the coffee for the location and the other was the manager - both were super friendly, and I was impressed by their coffee knowledge and genuine passion. Will definitely be going back next time I’m in the neighborhood!

So happy this place opened up in Irving! I ordered the Bumba Hill Pour Over as a recommendation from the staff and it was amazing! The drink came in a tray with a little card describing where the beans are from. It tasted lightly sweet which I really liked! They interior was decorated nicely and there are lots of seating. Everyone working here was really nice and this place really was just the perfect day to stay at on a rainy day. They have a few other pour overs that I would like to come a try again!

Loved visiting the new Saint Frank cafe! The space is beautiful and light-filled, and has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It’s a quick walk from GGP so we got coffees and walked around a bit! Highly recommend the matcha latte from there, loved it! Staff were friendly and efficient.

Excited to have a Saint Frank in this area!! Lots of space for the laptop people. And the outside area is cute. All the wood furniture looks so good. I love that the way to order & pay is that same as Polk St. It was late so we got a tea (love song tea) and an SO oat Capp. And a pumpkin muffin (wonderful and perfect). Barista was on their own (and maybe new?) but the cap they made was perfect!!! A lovely foggy afternoon.
