TERRIBLE place to do shopping. They have false labels misleading the customers to get products and once you get to the cashier the price is always different than the label . Listen: NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS A TAG WITH A PRICE. they charge you what they want. I wonder if this is good practice before the Better Business Bureau??? I guess I have homework to do.

It was a great experience for us, especially my son for baseball. Finally being able to purchase a shirt and equipment he's been wanting but not available at our city.

I would like to express a concern regarding one of your team members, Kyla. On multiple occasions, I have been assisted by her, and each time she has demonstrated a rude and dismissive attitude. She does not acknowledge customers with a simple greeting or “thank you,” which creates a very unpleasant experience. What I find concerning is that when she interacts with her coworkers or friends, she is smiling and friendly, but as soon as she begins assisting customers, her attitude changes completely. It feels unprofessional and makes customers uncomfortable.

Absolutely disgusting will never make a purchase from Dicks. For the 2nd time I have received USED shoes when making an online purchase. Paid new shoe price but was sent used shoes. And this is not from someone trying them on is store.
