I have been going to Eyemart express for three years. I will never go elsewhere. The employees are not only knowledgeable, but also, professional and kind. Also, if you want the best eye exam you have ever had, schedule an appointment with Dr. Valerie Gallo located in the same building!
Had a very good experience today, ordering sunglasses. The precious lady who helped us was very informative and the lab gentleman was so gracious. He adjusted the glasses until they were perfect. This is not our first time purchasing from Eyemart. I highly recommend them. They are priced very reasonable.
This is my 3rd or 4th year in a row coming to this location. Eye exams are always quick and easy. They are very patient and helpful in getting you the best possible fitting glasses for your face. They have great warranties on glasses repairs. Nice selections of brands, I like to go with Ray Bans or Calvin Klein. Couldn't get better help in my opinion!
I had an excellent experience at Eyemart Express Harbison. I have been looking for a place to go for the last few months and reviews for many were not that great. Everyone was fantastic! I called to schedule and left a voicemail late afternoon and was called back next day. The check in receptionist on the eye exam side was great. She was able to check my insurance immediately for my copay info. The optometrist was phenomenal. The service for picking out my glasses, Anastasia I believe was personable. All 3 ladies I encountered were outstanding. My eye exam was very thorough. They accepted my vsp plan and the price for my glasses was very reasonable.
I’d like to give a special thanks to the Harbison Team whom assisted me today. Madhu was absolutely amazing! She explained everything in detail to allow me to make an informed decision while her Manager, Ann ensured that my experience was nothing less than exceptional!!! However, it was their associate Jay, that I spoke to by phone which actually got me in the door. I can honestly say that I would highly recommend this particular store as their services are definitely unmatched!!! Thank you ALL… can’t wait to pick up my Betsy Johnson eyeglasses!!! 😀
