Crema's Take
“Joy Cup is a compact boba tea haven where the craft really shines, with customers raving about impossibly soft pearls, perfectly executed milk teas that rival West Coast standards, and creative flavor combinations like Chrysanthemum Pandan that feel thoughtfully composed. Beyond the stellar boba selection, they distinguish themselves by offering pudding toppings and customizable sweetness levels, plus a solid lineup of matcha and specialty drinks that keep locals coming back as their "new haunt." Fair warning that the intimate space comes with tight parking and premium pricing, but the consistently outstanding quality has earned them a devoted following.”

The boba tea here is absolutely delightful! The boba pearls are fresh and served warm. They offer a wonderful selection of both milk teas and fruity teas, complete with popping boba. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. My nephews thoroughly enjoyed the games provided, which we played while seated. The atmosphere is very relaxed and inviting. I highly encourage you to visit this place if you are looking for boba tea; you certainly will not be disappointed!
Got a brown sugar milk tea with cheese foam and a thai milk tea. These are the best I've had in the area, comparable to what I've had on the West Coast. Totally made my day and I've found my new haunt.
My family and I Loveeee this boba tea place. The boba is so soft and they also offer pudding which not a lot of places offer. I like how you can pick your sweetness level and they offer other milk options for us who are lactose intolerant. The owners are the sweetest! Highly recommend getting your bubble tea fix here and only here!!
Hard to find good boba places out west and this one did not disappoint! Tried the Chrysanthemum Pandan Tea (50% sweetness) and it was so nice and refreshing! Can’t wait to try the other drinks on the menu when I’m in the area!
The shop is small with limited parking. Prices are expensive, especially considering the small drink sizes. Toppings cost $1 each, which feels overpriced for this area. The drinks were just okay, the mango matcha flavors were barely noticeable. The only thing I really enjoyed was the waffle, which came with a generous amount of whipped cream and tasted pretty good.
