I have been a member of First Security Bank over eight years. The last time I was at this location, I wasn't treated to good. There Markham location is much better and much friendlier than this location. The Markham location they always have given me free cashier's checks to pay my rent. I tried to explain to the woman that I was an old customer and that was my first time at that location. She still charged me, five dollars and told me that she didn't know me. I feel that she doesn't have to know me to give me that same service I have been getting at the other bank location for years. That location is the closest location to my work and I will never use it anymore since I had this problem a few years ago. Very poor customer service...
