Crema's Take

This cozy neighborhood spot nails the essentials with consistently solid coffee and genuinely delicious pastries, earning loyal praise for both their drinks and welcoming vibe. The team clearly takes pride in service—regulars appreciate the personal touches and friendly energy—though breakfast sandwiches can be a bit uneven (great croissant, but go easy on the eggs). It's the kind of place where the atmosphere, dog-friendly policy, and cheerful staff make you want to return for your morning routine or a quick grab between errands.

Coffee is good, we generally liked the 3 drinks we ordered. The breakfast sandwich, while it had a great croissant, was made from what tasted like powdered scrambled eggs with almost no cheese and lacked salt. The blueberry muffin and scone were mediocre and came wrapped in plastic wrap (we were asked if we wanted them warmed, said yes and then they came cold). The Nutella croissant was excellent. The atmosphere was horrible, with dystopian 90s music that was too loud for the super small place. They have a total of 4 seats, 2 at a small window bar and 2 low chairs that were uncomfortable. They could easily put in a banquette and a few small tables and up the seating to 10 to at least be able to accommodate more than 1 group at a time. I really hope they upgrade, because there were some highlights!

Ordered a Carmel macchiato with whipcream, should've ordered it with cold cream. Noted. Thanks to Nicki for helping me and providing the best customer service. Will definitely be back to this cute little hole in the wall shop, hopefully in time to snag a lemon poppyseed scone next time. Thanks again!
