Crema's Take

Sour & Dough pairs an exceptional Italian bakery program (think Wild Berries Cruffins and pistachio pastries that rival those overseas) with inventive specialty coffees like their Tiramisu latte and Raspberry Mocha Flat that go well beyond standard café fare. The space itself feels like a genuine third place—plenty of seating, a welcoming atmosphere, and a little shop area to browse—making it perfect for lingering over both pastry and perfectly crafted drinks. Staff here seem genuinely invested in making you feel at home, which combined with the quality of their sourdough and creative beverages, explains why locals keep coming back.

Top shelf service and even better food and drinks! I had the Tomato and buratta focaccia as well as the Prosciutto Italian focaccia. They were both phenomenal! Made me feel like I was in Italy again!

Came in to try a pastry and they all looked really good! I got the Wild Berries Cruffin and my friend got the ham and cheese croissant. Both were delicious. There was plenty of seating indoors (small tables, a big table, high top near the window, and a couch) and some outside seating as well, so will definitely need to come back and sit down to try more pastries. Update: Came back and ordered the focaccia sandwich and tiramisu latte. The sandwich was delicious I unfortunately did not get a picture. I love prosciutto and burrata so it was perfect. The latte was very sweet but that makes sense once you see it! The lady fingers on top were delicious. The croissant we got afterwards was so fluffy.

Love the food and the coffees here. $13 for an iced latte is unacceptable. I knew what I was paying when I ordered it and could have changed my order but I really wanted to try it and see if it was worth it. $8 would be reasonable. They got our sandwich wrong and gave us something that was $2 less and then were sold out of what we wanted by the time it showed up to our table… sold what we ordered to a party behind us. The sandwich they gave us had balsamic which neither of us likes. We left hungry after spending $42. I’m genuinely not one to complain about pricing. I’m SO happy to spend good money for high quality food at a locally owned small business. Will only find myself here once or twice a year bc of the prices and poor experience when I am the type of person to splurge monthly on this kind of thing. Bummer!

Absolutely loved Sour & Dough! The sourdough was outstanding, and the pistachio New York pastry was amazing. Friendly staff, a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and a really cool shop area where you can buy different types of flour to take home. Such a great spot, we’ll definitely be back

Came in for some quick lattes and they were packed with flavor! We had the Tiramisu latte, which was thick, creamy, and so good, but the Raspberry Mocha Flat was much less frilly, but still just as good--the powdered raspberry on top adds such a delightful and tart flavor, I loved it. We also tried a cinnamon roll and the cruffin, which was really yummy. The Strawberry Iced Matcha was super refreshing on a warm day. The atmosphere is also nice and so are the staff :)
