Seems like a Starbucks/Caribou/Dunn Brothers style tape place. I highly recommend high-end barista training, specialty, roasting, and using simple syrup House made instead of commercial made. I also recommend using a La Marzocco instead of in Astoria. The drip coffee is way too dark. I recommend really diving and specialty/craft coffee With your training and roasting. Check into The specialty coffee association of America For training the opportunities. I also recommend offering pour overs

Meg-A-Latte Coffee House is a great local spot that always delivers quality and comfort. One of the best cups of coffee in bismarck. The coffee is always bold and flavorful, and even if you are not into coffee they have an extensive non coffee menu. Staff is always super friendly and informative. The shop feels up scale and inviting, but without the upscale prices. These types of places are always my example to ditch Starbucks and other coffee chain stores. You will not be disappointed.

Relaxed coffee shop with online orders, drive thru and indoor seating from benches to tables, sofas and chairs. Enjoyed a mocha frappe. They also serve breakfast food, pastries and more.

Very cute coffee spot, great for a friend date. The service is somehow slow even with so many people working? The coffee was delicious, they have excellent espresso. I really enjoyed a 1/2 sweet latte.
