Aero Coffee Roasters

Crema's Take
“Aero Coffee Roasters is a roaster-focused spot where baristas actually know what they're doing, crafting latte art so good customers consider ordering a second one just to admire it again. The cold brew has real depth with notes of molasses, and their espresso beans have earned loyal regulars who come back specifically to buy bags, while pastries—scones with that perfect crispy-outside, tender-inside balance—make the whole experience feel intentional and well-executed. It's the kind of place where the team treats every order with care and genuine warmth, whether you're a caffeine connoisseur or just a space cadet grabbing your usual.”

The best coffee spot ( by far) in the Westboro area, maybe all of Ma. Its in my top 10 all time. Why? Great, professional baristas making great coffee. They also have an impressive array of baked goods for sale. An on site roasting facility is the final piece.
This was the best latte I've ever had. I almost ordered another one to go. The scone was crusty on the outside and just moist enough on the inside. Service came with a smile. The bathroom could use a baby changing station. I used the shelf they had in there.
Pretty good coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Near my gym. I was a space cadet when I came in and no one was mean about it or anything. I meant to order a pastry though. They didn't give me one but also didn't charge me. Gender neutral bathroom which is good. I had a matcha latte here another day as well that was nice. You can sometimes refill your water bottle but not always. Not a good place to cowork as you can't charge your laptop or device. The takeout pastries and juice look like the best buy to me. This would be a good place to grab treats for a morning office meeting or networking event. I think for me it's a tiny bit spendy as a regular hangout when I'm not at the gym.
Stopped by to pick up a cold brew with oat milk for the ride home, and it was so good that I had to go back to try their espresso. The cold brew had a great flavor profile, I tasted molasses (which I love); it was very drinkable and not too strong. My cortado was velvety and delicious with notes of cacao. Atmosphere has an industrial loft vibe with chill indie pop and lo-fi playing in the backround. Glad I found this place!
Happy to find this place for freshly roasted espresso beans, and started picking them up here regularly. Beans are very good, flavor profile as described. The pastries look tasty but I’ve never ordered drinks or food.
