Crema's Take
“Fresh Ground Roasting roasts their beans in-house daily and stocks an impressive rotating selection of single-origins from Central America and Southeast Asia, so whether you're buying beans to take home or ordering a pour over, you're guaranteed something genuinely fresh. The owner and staff clearly know their coffee inside and out, making this the rare spot where you can have a knowledgeable conversation about grind size or origin without any pretension. If you're serious about specialty coffee, this unassuming roastery is exactly the kind of place worth seeking out.”
What to expect
Espresso-focused, with a pour-over program. Slow-sit spot.
