The customer service at this thrift store is a joke! Arlan was rude and said that since i am using a debit card, i need to memorize that register 1 and 2 do not accept debit cards. As a customer, it is NOT my responsibilty to memorize which registers do not work. Then i found an item that i was interested in but since i did not have a tag, they could not sell it to me. I saw SEVERAL items that did not have a tag on the sales floor. This store is organized chaos!

this store needs to remember that they are a secondhand store. They do have good quality pieces, but they are overpriced. Just because something is namebrand doesn’t mean it needs to be priced so high.

Everything here is very expensive for how low quality it is. The only thing of value you’ll find is up front behind glass at double price of what is considered acceptable. Not to mention the place isn’t clean at all, and the signs very were aggressive. I don’t need 7 exclamation marks and bright red bold text telling me that there’s an employees only area.

Love this thrift store in particular for easy access of parking, proximity to my home, and for the quality of their hard goods! Personally, I've never been wild about their clothing selection but i LIVE for their kitchenware, makeup counter, toys/games, and footwear. It is so difficult to find a thrift store with quality footwear and this place always has shoes in excellent condition for great prices. I have stocked my home with board games from here based on the quality they keep and have walked out with a handful of name brand makeup from their counter including finds from Too Faced, Tarte, and Urban Decay all in new condition! I have added this store to my list of favorites!

I don’t usually shop in thrift stores but I decided to give it a try today. Two of your employees were following me around which I found odd but I kept on minding my business 😅 Minutes later they asked me to put my bag away I told them I was about to pay I get to the register and your cashier tells me i can’t use my debit card because she doesn’t see my name clearly eventhough she has my driver license in her hands 😅 This store was almost empty by the way Umm 🤔 I just wonder why
