Crema's Take
“If you're gluten-free, this is genuinely the place—their entire menu is naturally gluten-free and actually tastes incredible, not like a compromise, with standout items like falafel sandwiches and lemon poppyseed pancakes that even non-gluten-free folks crave. It's takeout-only, which limits the vibe but also means fast, efficient service and a solid option for grabbing a real breakfast before work or picking up frozen bread and pastries to stock your freezer. The fact that they nail both savory (shrimp po'boy, cheddar biscuits and gravy) and sweet equally well across breakfast, lunch, and baked goods is rare.”
What to expect
Strong matcha and tea selection. Quick-grab spot. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Family friendly. Parking available.

See all on Google →Gluten Free safe haven in Chicago! Entire menu is gluten free with very clear options for dairy free. Everything is full of flavor and many options to also purchase frozen gluten free bakery/bread in addition to enjoying it fresh off the menu. It's definitely a "tastes too good…
(tldr at the end) About a week ago, I ordered several items to try, with mixed results. In descending order from best to worst: The falafel? So good. The bread was so nice and chewy, and the falafel pieces themselves were almost perfect. Could have been fried just a bit longer,…
I was tempted to give it 4 stars just because it’s takeout-only but I won’t, because everything else was so great! I ended up ordering through Grubhub since there’s no dine-in option, and it would’ve been a waste to bring it back to my hotel. That said, as someone with celiac,…
Shrimp po'boy and chocolate chip pancakes are delicious! Generous portions. I am not gluten-free and just decided to try this place out. Very happy I did! Some of the best pancakes I've ever had. The pancakes are probably a better deal than the shrimp sandwich but both were good…
We ordered 3 things and they were all incredible. We had the Lemon Poppyseed Pancakes, Blueberry Belgian Waffle, and the Cheddar Biscuit and Gravy. My boyfriend's favorite was the Biscuit and Gravy. Mine was the Lemon Poppyseed Pancakes. We would definitely eat here again to try…
