Crema's Take
“This Traverse City gem is a game-changer for anyone who's tired of dense, crumbly gluten-free pastries, thanks to owner Mary's obsessive recipe development and made-from-scratch approach that produces genuinely moist, flavorful baked goods like her legendary carrot cake with cloud frosting. The warm, welcoming vibe and inclusive menu make it the kind of place where you can actually relax and linger over coffee knowing everything is safe to eat, whether you're meeting a friend or treating yourself to something truly special.”

Great place! Normally gluten free food can be dry and crumbly, but not here! The lemon blueberry cake was moist and delicious, and the chocolate walnut with raspberry frosting was great too!
Absolutely stunning! The vibe, the people and the food!!! Knowing that I can eat anything on the menu is game changing! This is the cafe that TC has been waiting for!!!!
Clean Crumble is an absolute gem! Mary is such a dope owner — she makes everything herself, and you can truly tell. Her carrot cake with cloud frosting is next level. She’s been perfecting her recipes for over 20 years, and you can taste the love, dedication, and passion in every single bite. The space itself is super chill — cozy, welcoming, and the perfect spot to hang out and enjoy something sweet without the guilt. If you’re looking for gluten-free, dairy-free treats that actually taste amazing, this is your place. Highly recommend!
Un. Be. Leave. Able. Product. This is the best gluten free baked goods I have ever had. I cannot recommend enough!!
