Crema's Take
“The Captain's Den does breakfast well—all-day eggs and pastries keep regulars coming back—but recent reviews suggest the kitchen's consistency has slipped, with complaints about dry eggs and mushy sides that don't match the shop's reputation. Service is genuinely friendly and the space is clean and relaxed, making it a solid neighborhood spot if you're in the mood for casual brunch and coffee, just don't expect it to be flawless every visit.”
What to expect
Classic coffee drinks done right. A slow-sit, laptop-friendly, outdoor seating spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast, pastries, and light food on the menu. Family friendly. Parking available.
