“Rising Early serves the kind of breakfast that actually tastes as good as it looks in their photos—the chilaquiles are crispy-perfect, the enchiladas come loaded with care, and their Saturday Italian wedding soup is worth planning around. The lattes are solid specialty coffee work, but honestly, people come here for the food and the genuinely warm service from staff who seem to actually enjoy their job. It's a proper sit-down breakfast destination with fair pricing and plenty of vegetarian options, not just a coffee grab-and-go.”
