Crema's Take
“This Portuguese and Venezuelan bakery roasts its coffee beans fresh on-site, giving every cup an impressive brightness and immediacy that pairs beautifully with their house-made pastries and savory specialties like cachapas and empanadas. The intimate, welcoming space invites lingering conversations over pour-overs and traditional drinks, with a staff that greets regulars and newcomers alike with genuine warmth. Silva's feels like the kind of neighborhood gem where you taste the care baked into every item, making it perfect for those seeking authentic flavors beyond the typical coffee shop experience.”

Classic bakery vibe with some room for sitting. Friendly and welcoming. Delicious pastries and savory food you can tell are made with love!
I just had a cup of coffee and one of the things that impress me is that they toast their coffee beans on their location meaning your are having a very fresh roasted coffee. It was a bit dark for my taste but still very good. They should promote that even more. I like this concept roasting your own coffee. Service was very friendly and kind. Space scares a lot, so I had to sit outside even though I did not want it. They should have more space to please the clientele. Anyway, very nice place.
I am not an expert on Venezuelan bakeries. I knew nothing going in, but everything I tried was excellent.Service was friendly and welcoming, made the experience even better. Coffee was average, nothing special. Empanadas are next on my list. Worth the trip.
Checked out this Portuguese/Venezuelan cafe. The staff are friendly and the coffee was great. The chicken empanada was a bit dry but the dipping sauce was a good addition. The guava pastry tasted a bit artificial. I don’t know much about Venezuelan food so I don’t want to say it wasn’t good, just not for me. There are many options of pastries and food. Worth a try.
Great food and coffee! Cappuccino was delicious. Cachapa was great as well. Atmosphere is a bit weird because people get in line or skip the line and try to order from the owner/manager because they know him or they are returned customers. Also seats are a bit uncomfortable and wobbly.
