Treata Tea Shoppe

bathroom was dirty and there was rust everywhere. toilet paper was ok I went to treata a little earlier this day and I would say I'm a loyal customer but I guess I've had my final straw today. The past couple of times I've came the employees were rude and I am just wondering how management always seems to hire people with attitude. The store was fairly empty and the cashier told us to go to the kiosk to order but I was paying with cash. Once I came up to order she rolled her eyes at me as if it wasn't her job??? I eventually get my drink which I had no issue with. I'd normally get the strawberry cloud but everytime I would get it, it would be different each and everytime. There are inconsistencies in however the drinks are being made which is not what I pay for. Treata is a cozy and convenient place for me to go but I don't recommend if you're not willing to deal with rude employees.

Drinks are solid. They have option to mix and match fruit flavors. But they need to invest in better quality straws. 2 broke while trying to break through seal and 2 more broke while in use.

The milk tea itself was good, but the red bean toppings I got seemed to have gone bad. It had a sour and fermented taste that I'm pretty sure shouldn't be there. What a shame because otherwise I probably would've liked the drink.

When on beach blvd this place is ideal. My daughter works near by and we love coming for teas. Thai tea is smooth and creamy, the staff is always friendly. I do like the option to pick up through drive-thru.

A boba tea shop open late night hours?! Yes please! This is in a convenient spot off beach Blvd close to the colleges here in Jax. They have cute board games you can sit and play inside the store. I always see students in here catching up with one another, studying, or taking advantage of some of the games provided, I love to see that! The drinks I’ve tried here over the past year are always good. I like that you are able to adjust the sweetness to the teas, that is always a perk. Whenever I ask the staff questions about a flavor of a drink, they are always helpful. I was also allowed to film here to feature this small business on a fellow 1-5 star rated review company back in April or May. The two employees working were extremely helpful and the video came out quite nicely which debuted on Instagram as part of a collaborative piece. I enjoy grabbing teas to go from Treata and will continue to.
