Crema's Take
“Arosa Cafe is a true neighborhood gem where locals linger over creative sandwiches like the legendary Lumberjack and pillowy waffles that justify skipping your original plans. The coffee here is fantastic, the arepas are generously portioned and thoughtfully balanced, and the staff brings genuine warmth to every interaction, making it equally perfect for a quick caffeine grab or a slow Saturday afternoon surrounded by community.”

Great local cafe with neighborhood vibes! Spent most of mid day here on a Saturday and it was full of people coming in and out- a popular local gem. Great arepas and waffles, coffee, and also featured local artists’ work on the wall for sale. Limited seating inside, and a couple tables outside as well. Parking is limited, but this place is also perfect for getting things to go and walking the through arboretum, just a walk across the street. Great location!
Honestly went here because mt bagel was closed. And such a good choice! We both got breakfast sandwich’s that were 10/10. The lumberjack was the best creative sandwich we have had in Seattle. My partner will be driving there just for that. Also you get a lot of food for your money! Sweet local place we are adding to our list!
I loved the chicken that was inside the arepa. A good portion, not salty, not even the sauce felt too much. The only thing I wish it had more would be avocado, it was perfect. Their matcha was good, no complaints there - can have it cold or hot, which is great. Their waffle, more like a croffle - it said waffle on the menu, so I was imagining a fluffy waffle, but got a croffle. I'm not mad about it, but they are a bit hard, not fluffy.
Fantastic great coffee! The panini was warm and delicious but what took the cake was the waffle 🤤! also the customer service here was amazing the man upfront had a warmth and genuine attitude making the atmosphere incredibly welcoming! 100% recommend!
Across Café ticks all the boxes for a great tasting lunch! The lumberjack was ginormous and gorgeous 😻😻 Great coffee & paninis.
