Northfield Bagels & Deli

This was my first time here and it did not disappoint, I loved the bagels and cappuccino. Everyone was so kind and the atmosphere was great! Highly recommend it!

This was my first time going here. I absolutely loved the everything bagel .. it was one of the freshest bagels I’ve ever had. Plus, when I grabbed my bag to leave I noticed a mini bag of Christmas cookies and I was about to say these aren’t mine, but the lady at the counter said “Happy Holidays“! It was so sweet and a very touching gesture. I really appreciate such above and beyond customer service. Plus, the place was immaculate and had everything. Thank you! 🎄.

Bagel spot right off 280 in West Orange. Lots of bagels options, plus rolls and croissants, lots of drinks options, including Joe's Teas, lots of spreads, salads, definitely a good spot

From breakfast sandwiches to the lunch items on the menu, the food is fresh, healthy, tasty, and served promptly. The atmosphere is clean and orderly. The staff, especially Elly, is always smiling and eager to help with your order. When I order a lunch on a platter, it looks so good. I just want to look at it for a while!

I’ve never been so disappointed visiting a bagel shop. I have to say this is the worst bagel shop I’ve ever been to in my entire life… I also have not visited one in a while considering I have been making my own bomb breakfasts, but I was starving and needed something in that moment so I decided I’d just give it a try. The owner was very sweet, she was able to accommodate me for a new sandwich. I first ordered a wrap with bacon egg and cheese, they barely put any bacon on my wrap and it was also burnt bacon snd barely put any egg. I paid $8 for a wrap I could have made WAY BETTER at home. They cost so much but give very small portions. I had to go all the way back for them to remake my sandwich, I asked for a bagel instead (NOT TOASTED) and guess what I got… I BURNT bagel with AGAIN BARELY ANYTHING ON IT. Second time around I specifically told her not burnt, she proceeds to tell me it wasn’t burnt (when in fact it was) so then I tell her not crispy. Guess what, the bacon came back crisper then the first sandwich, the bagel was burnt….. I am not one to write reviews but this one needed it. 2 horrible experiences with this place, they didn’t get both sandwiches right… I think the owner needs new people in the kitchen.
