Crema's Take

Launch Espresso Food Spirits pulls off the rare trick of being simultaneously a serious coffee spot and a full-service cafe-bar-gallery hybrid, where you can order a well-pulled espresso, grab a creative breakfast sandwich, then stick around for cocktails and board games among local art for sale. The vibe leans quiet and artisan rather than Instagram-loud, attracting regulars who treat it like a second living room, though quality can be inconsistent—some dishes shine while others underwhelm. It's worth the visit if you want a spot that does multiple things genuinely well and doesn't take itself too seriously.

Beautiful place. Delicious food. We had the Born in the USA sandwiches. Delicious. Smoothies are good. Didn't know they had cocktails. Didnt see a menu for their bar. Just food and coffee..

Got the breakfast burrito here and it was just ok. Aside from the bacon (which it almost had too much of) everything else was lacking in flavor. They did a nice job of toasting it though, so the tortilla had a nice crunch when you bite into it.

Lovely place. Great (and pretty) coffee. And my breakfast sandwich was delicious. You can sip and eat while playing board games. And some local shopping too. Highly recommended visiting after watching the sunrise at Red Rocks Amphitheater

Stopped by this little cafe for a smoothie bowl and latte and I wasn’t let down. The atmosphere is great and there’s plenty of options to choose from! The espresso was good and the smoothie bowl was delicious, but I didn’t care for the dried fruit on top, it got a little hard to…
