Steven's Cafe
106 Park Ave, Lyndhurst, NJ
Crema's Take
“Steven's Cafe is a beautifully designed Park Ave spot that punches above its weight on value, offering generous coffee portions at competitive prices alongside acai bowls and smoothies that actually deliver. The modern, well-curated space with classical music feels elevated without pretension, making it an ideal refuge for remote work or casual meetings with plenty of breathing room. Just note that the pastry selection can be hit-or-miss, and some visitors have detected an overwhelming air freshener scent that occasionally overshadows the fresh coffee aroma.”
What to expect
Specialty coffee. A slow-sit, laptop-friendly spot, good for meetings. Pastries and light food on the menu. Wifi.

Came here for a sweet pastry and a protein smoothie. The staff here were not able to tell me anything about the protein they use from the brand, grams of protein, and calories. I feel as though if you are advertising a protein smoothie, you should bare minimum know the brand of…
Great atmosphere, clean, great service. Will Def come back. Ordered the acai bowl and a smoothie and both were terrific. Pastries did not look very special, selection can Def be improved.
The space is really cool! Very elevated for a coffee shop and super well designed. Coffee size and price was better when compared to others on Park Ave as well. It’s a little up on Park Ave just out of the heart of where all the action is on Park, but it’s Totaly worth walking…
If you need a noise controlled little spot for a work from home setting. Steven's Cafe is IT! Ambiance: Upon walking in, you see a beautifully modernized decorated cafe with classical music at a moderate level. Spacious with beautiful tables and the smell of fresh coffee and…
Great coffee. Tons of open seating. Lots of pastry selection and macarons also. Only downfall is that it smells very off inside. It isn’t a rotting smell, but like a ton of cheap air freshener mixed with something so I couldn’t work inside.
